Today I met Ava, very nice young lady and gave me lots of insight and sneakers to choose from with running. After about 10 minutes and trying on multiple choices I found a sneaker that in hopes will help solve my hip and ankle issue on my right side while running! Thanks again Ava!

I cannot say enough about the benefits of buying locally for running and hiking shoes. I recently had a tremendously positive experience at Inside Track that I could not have gotten at any big-box store. My one foot was hurting very bad. The girl employee helped out so much. Measured, brought out plenty of sneakers for me to try. Bought a great pair. Would definitely recommend!!careful though older folks, these sneakers have very wide rubber bottoms that could cause a fall.
