Where do I even begin? Before signing with BoldTrail / Inside Real Estate, do yourself a favor and read the Google reviews, Reddit threads, G2 reviews, and Capterra reviews. I wish we had taken them more seriously. Our experience has been awful. Since switching from CINC to BoldTrail, we receive only a fraction of the leads we were getting before (and no it's certainly not the case of "quality over quantity"). DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! THE LEADS ARE TRASH! I COMMITED TO 6 MONTHS, NOT ONE GOOD LEAD AND CANCELLED AS I WAS TOLD I COULD. NOW THEY HAVE TURNED ME OVER TO A COLLECTIONS COMPANY FOR ALMOST 2K AND I HAVENT HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST IN ALMOST 18 MONTHS! I'M CONVINCED THIS IS THIER BUISNESS MODEL!
They have virtual assistants trying to set you up, and they always say they'll get back to you, but they never do. I asked for help with the setup, and nothing ever happened. If you decide to cancel, don't expect them to honor what they told you. However, they are quick to pursue collection efforts for any remaining balance under the contract. I've been in real estate for years and BoomTown was genuinely excellent — responsive support, intuitive system, and it did what it promised.
