This is the worst CRM, everything is an upcharge and non of the upcharges actually bring you any business. They will also lose your billing information and threaten to send you to collections. The cancelation buttons purposely do not work so they can continue to bill you for useless items.
I would seriously rate this company a zero if I could. I requested cancellation of this service in July - two months later and two auto charges to my credit card later at nearly $700 each and I am still fighting with them. Their customer service gal H.R. initials is HORRIBLE. All she is interested in is trying to retain my business after I have told her multiple times I am not interested and I have requested cancellation multiple times. Absolutely atrocious - stay away from at all costs!! None worse. Failed us in every possibly way. Garbage. Don't walk - RUN!!!!!
BEWARE. I cancelled my account with Inside Real Estate in 2025, yet they are still sending unauthorized email campaigns to my contacts using three different email addresses. Worse, these emails are completely non-compliant—they contain broken links and do not provide an opt-out option for the receiver, which is a massive spam violation. I highly advise avoiding a company that holds your contacts hostage and ignores basic email compliance laws after you cancel.
Thank yourself for reading all the bad reviews. Please don't even consider them. They should be ashamed. I am disputing every charge with my credit provider. $500 sign on fee $2,200 mo x 12mo ($26,900)... and only provided fake leads with zero responses. 0 conversations with real clients. Supposed "Concierge service: but you cant verify what they are doing. Its probably a bot making entries. Again, zero client appointments.
