Updated to 5 stars due to quick response. As soon as my review posted with the issue I had, I was contacted. Follow-up communication was great. I was just notified that replacement poker chips are on their way. (Orignally gave 2 stars).Stopped in to get souvenirs. No greeting from salesperson. Purchased shirts and poker chips. Salesperson forgot to put the chips in the bag. I have called several times but get a generic answering machine. Hoping staff sees this & offers to mail our chips to us.
Awesome, quaint little boardwalk with a very naughty history , a must see while visiting Ketchikan! Great shops and food! ( I think it's a required stop officially! )
