Caroline is a fairy godmother with a wealth of knowledge. She makes you feel seen and you leave with homework that will make a difference. She supports you where you are right now, lovingly pushes you, very gently to the outcome you want. My life as a female is better because of Caroline. I recommend her anytime I hear pelvic floor, perimenopause, menopause. You won't be disappointed. You will feel supported.
Halfway through my first pregnancy, I could barely walk because I had so much pelvic pain. I attended Caroline's OLLI health and wellness class, Pelvic Health for a Better Life. I was surprised how helpful and informative it was. I learned about managing hydration and stress. Caroline provided great information with humor and personal experience. I highly recommend working with Caroline to increase your quality of life.
