Water. Who knew?! I worked with Caroline years ago but wasn’t yet ready to choose myself and focus on my own body/health. Now, five years later with her guidance I put in the hard work and the results I’m seeing are incredible. I came back to her with severe hernia and diastasis pain. It took me a long time to write this review because I have found it hard to put words to how impactful it was to work with Caroline. She helped me to physically feel like me again, while she also made so much space for emotionality around the pelvic floor issues I was experiencing. She gave me the tools I needed and made me feel so cared for in the process. If you're on the fence, it's worth it, 100%, and I couldn't recommend Caroline more highly.
