I got a facial that left my skin irritated and blotchy. When I reached out to report it, they blamed me for not “prepping properly” even though I followed their instructions exactly.
The therapist barely spoke and acted like she didn’t want to be there. It was awkward and uncomfortable, definitely not the relaxing experience I paid for.
I was shocked at how unclean their equipment looked. The towels didn’t smell fresh, and the massage table wasn’t sanitized properly. Major red flag for a mobile spa.
They showed up 45 minutes late with no heads-up or apology. I had to rearrange my entire day around their delay. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
The portable massage bed kept wobbling and felt unstable. I couldn’t relax the entire time, and the therapist seemed unprepared to handle it.
