Mary teaches a great course very friendly and professional👍 she worked with my crazy schedule so i could still get my course done on time with no problems. I would reccomend her course to anyone thinking about getting in to massages if your looking to get one yourself or learn to do them she is a great teacher with paitience and experience.
I will just make this quick. For many years I have suffered from chronic lower back pain. I have tried everything from massage to acupuncture to Chiropractor to exercise to pain killers with out much relief . Until now. Mary from Inside Out Holistic Therapies is amazing. She is able to use deep muscle Shiatsu massage on me to target the source of my pain and heal my Sciatica and lower back pain after only 30 to 60 minutes.
