Lara is a healer of the highest calibre! She understands the body, how it functions and works to bring it back into alignment. I had the best massage where she was able to work out knots in my neck and shoulders that I thought were permanent (and RMTs had not been able to fix). She even worked on my 10 year old daughter, who was nervous beforehand (her first massage) but was put at ease by Lara's kind, yet professional demeanour and calming space.
I have been seeing Lara for many years. First for a chronic lower back issue and then just for maintenance. Lara completely relieved my back issue that used to flare up on multiple occasions, sometimes for no reason. I no longer have back issues and I am able to lift and move fluently. She finds all the right spots and works persistently on the knots until they cooperate. She is a true professional and a wealth of knowledge. I recommend her highly cause I've never felt better!
I just came home from a massage with Lara and it was amazing. Much more effective at getting the kinks out than a regular massage. Looking forward to my next one.
I just had a massage with Lara today, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had!! It was pure magic, as she got into all of the spots that I’ve had held years of aches, and pain. I honestly can’t rave enough, and I made sure to rebook. I loved everything from start to finish. Lara is professional, friendly, and provides a lovely atmosphere, and experience. Highly recommend! Thank you, Lara!
Shiatsu was my best massage! Perfect pressure all over then the lavender pillow was amazing then scalp massage and finally the feet!!! Not ticklish just fabulous
