Really impressed with Inside Out Recovery in Brendale. The space is clean, calming, and really well set up. The ice baths and sauna are great — perfect for recovery after training or just to reset mentally. Highly recommend if you're into recovery, performance, or just want to feel good.

Chill vibes. Bek made it such a enjoyable and relaxing experience. I would recommend to anyone.
It was my first time here and Bek was great! She walked me around and explained everything. The facility had a really nice, open and breezy atmosphere. I had a really good time here and got to try a few new things. I will be visiting again.
