Cannot say enough good things about the HCG program and the staff at the Apex location. I lost 20 pounds and went from a size 16 to a 12 in 8 weeks! AND it was over the Christmas holidays! The HCG allowed me to do all my regular holiday baking without indulging and to follow the program without all the carb cravings.
