We've been in business for 10 years and wanted to use a local firm for our taxes. We later found out that we had to hire another accounting firm to fix simple mathematical errors which costed us over 7k, and that was just for the state federal is also messed up. In addition they are overpriced for the service you get spent over 13k and when I asked for an itemized breakdown of those costs we never received one.
