The phone does not work. I called 5 different people to test it out and it sounded like it was ringing and nobody received a call. This problem has been happening for months and the support team blames it on my microphone when they never even got the call in the first place. Strongly recommend – Insellerate has enabled us to monitor and track the lifespan of our leads. Full access to automated text and email, marketing reports, accountability tools for our staff, etc. To top it off, they are integrated with our LOS, allowing for even more efficiency. Exceptional customer support, always there to help and brainstorm creative ways to utilize the CRM platform to its fullest potential!
Having 20+ years in the mortgage industry, the key to success is to properly and effectively manage your leads and I have not found a CRM that does it better than Insellerate. It is apparent that the system was built by mortgage professionals for mortgage professionals unlike many of the other systems out there. I and my team can not recommend it highly enough.
