INSBANK is an incredible group of folks. I am a Nashville based photographer that photographs the company’s frequent client and branch events and our continued working relationship is so valuable to us! Mallory Smith specifically is so personable and amazing to work with! Highly recommend.
Very impressed! Briana Richardson was incredibly professional and great to work with! I must join the disappointed customers myself sadly. I submitted an application on Thursday for a 4.90% CD for 18 months. It went through, but when the funding of the account was being processed the screenshot shows me 3.10% only because coincidentally the bank updated the rates overnight and the generous promo disappeared. My dashboard still shows 4.9% which would purport the right info from their FAQ that the interest rate is locked in when the application is submitted, but I get conflicting rate on the funding screen. I opened a CD almost a week ago. My money was transferred to fund it 3 days ago. The only information that I can see about it online is my account number and the interest rate. Nothing else! The same day I opened another CD with another bank online and within an hour, I can see all details, including my name, date opened, interest rate, how much interest paid the previous day,(on my other CD's). Night and day difference in banks. Now I can't even sign in to Insbank. Even though they supposedly pay a little more interest rate... read more
