The nail artist I go to went back to Korea for vacation so I thought I’d give the INS Studio a try. Went in with old gel nails the Korean artist did and the girl at INS studio who did my nails didn’t even remove the bottom layer before applying a new layer and colour. I told her she didn’t get rid of everything completely and she said she hasn’t buffed my nails yet (although I doubt it made any difference after). Worst service and pedicure ever, I’ve got Groupon as a gift for 45 min pedicure and 30 min manicure. The place is dirty, not equipped well, there were not enough tools for doing pedicure properly, there was not uv lamp nail polish dryer for feet , only small fan. I am also doubt about sterilization of tools and it’s not safe for your health. Not good environment, felling unwelcome there. We scheduled an appointment indicating we planned to use a Groupon. INS called to cancel 10 minutes before the appointment. They suggested we reschedule.
