I've been a member for a long time and have nothing but good things to say about inroads. Recently went through the loan process and Jolean Templin was amazing!
Jolean at the Rainier branch was absolutely amazing helping us get a loan for a new camper trailer! From the get-go, I could tell she knew what she was doing, was extremely kind, and even went above and beyond working with a dealership that was giving us a bit of a runaround on financing. From the InRoads side, everything was quick, painless, and pleasant. That local Credit Union touch went a long way here. Thank you Jolean!
