Very friendly staff and quick service!
We were here for 5 hours. Workplace injury and i had to use this location within 24 hrs. I called and they said they could fit me in as a walk in but it would be at least an hour wait to be seen. Fine. I got there at 11. Called back to see Doctor at 12. So far so good. But then after I was seen was told i needed X-rays on two different areas (one wasn’t even what we came here for just said it was a little sore) that took an hour and a half. then once we got X-rays it took them another 2 hours for them to come back and tell m... read more
Zero stars for Inova occupational health Alexandria va. Front desk staff are extremely unprofessional. Please train your front desk personnel to pickup phone calls, to talk respectful and to call patients back! Inova is supposed to protect your medical information. They do not! Dr Joshi is the type of physician who is prejudiced and doesn’t respect patients privacy. She was given my medical information without my consent by my primary care physician. I spoke to her manager to have my records which they have zero rights to vi... read more
