Went in for testing and everything was done smoothly and carefully. Staff was friendly and attentive. The staff there were also highly accommodating and ensured that I received clear instructions and the highest quality medical experience to date.

I went to this clinic for a DOT physical (my second time) and found staff friendly and attentive. While the system seemed to be slower than I would expect from INOVA their staff were great. I didn't get a name for the front desk person but she was friendly and professional. Rashmi Balkaran performed the preliminary part of the physical and was very professional. I had a 2:00 PM appointment and still waited over an hour just for a simple drug test. What made it worse is that it was a very slow day — only two other people were waiting the entire time. This shows poor time management and a lack of respect for patients. If you have another option, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Do not come here unless you’re prepared to wait all day

I really liked this clinic, and before when it was only on the ground floor, and now that I went the last 3 times, there is a young man named Cesar, if I'm not mistaken, on the 2nd floor who speaks to you without respect and it's as if you're going to ask him for a favor or I have to kneel down for him to speak to me with respect Why does he sit behind the computer if he doesn't want to work and he should earn money on PlayStation
