I had a 2:00 PM appointment and still waited over an hour just for a simple drug test. What made it worse is that it was a very slow day — only two other people were waiting the entire time. This shows poor time management and a lack of respect for patients. If you have another option, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Do not come here unless you’re prepared to wait all day
I really liked this clinic, and before when it was only on the ground floor, and now that I went the last 3 times, there is a young man named Cesar, if I'm not mistaken, on the 2nd floor who speaks to you without respect and it's as if you're going to ask him for a favor or I have to kneel down for him to speak to me with respect Why does he sit behind the computer if he doesn't want to work and he should earn money on PlayStation

We were here for 5 hours. Workplace injury and i had to use this location within 24 hrs. I called and they said they could fit me in as a walk in but it would be at least an hour wait to be seen. Fine. I got there at 11. Called back to see Doctor at 12. So far so good. But then after I was seen was told i needed X-rays on two different areas (one wasn’t even what we came here for just said it was a little sore) that took an hour and a half. then once we got X-rays it took them another 2 hours for them to come back and tell m... read more
