surgery and assistance are fine but hit with an Insane bill after the fact. was told in the 12 month process leading up to surgery that billing had already been worked out with my insurance. months later I was hit with a 30k bill, far greater than the average cost of surgery and they said this is merely the part not covered by my insurance.
I had surgery with Dr. Poorshojae in March 2019 and he and the team are absolutely amazing! I feel so grateful to live in Northern Virginia because working with INOVA Bariatric was truly exceptional. Kimberly Hohenadel has been such an incredible resource and support throughout the entire process. I have lost over 150 lbs and have gotten my life back. If you are researching weight loss surgery this is your team!!
In the middle of my journey, so far everyone is nice except that Janet up in the front. She is rude and loud. She seems like she have an attitude everytime. Everyone else I met so far is great, especially the doctors
The staff have been wonderful And professional I feel I can always call and get a definite answer
