Let me first start by saying how much I appreciate this service and have used it numerous times but man, such a disappointing experience. No confirmation, then what looked like a confirmation followed by a 'Sorry, we can't make this happen'. Called, left messages, no one EVER called me back. So poor. Pls do not book if you have any expectation of a ride.

Have now tried them twice the communication is horrible their payment process cannot even produce a proper receipt and most importantly their drivers were up to 45 min late … too many other competitors… don’t use them
