Better to go with a better organized system like Ubereats or DoorDash rather than them. Had a bad experience where there was a poor visibility of process flow between ordering system, restaurant and delivery person. There was a missing restaurant delivery despite payment. The payment was processed from Innowi, the restaurant (Desi Dhaba in Sunnyvale) fulfilled the order and handed off to a delivery person and the delivery person disappeared with the order and never made the delivery.
