Dr Hernandez’s lack of knowledge put me through months of excruciating eye pain. In December of 2024 I did a contact lenses fitting like I do every year. He decided to change my brand of my contact lenses and it went downhill from there. For months I suffered from chronic dry eye, mucus coming out of my eyes, stinging, pain, etc. I went in for an appointment again here after i went to the ER and they ER told me to see the eye doctor or neurologist. Very welcoming and polite staff was in and out in 40 mins
As long as I can see they were not not pushy actually helped me find glasses gave me what I call a bargain gave me a great deal and actually talked me into the cheaper pair highly recommend since they look great less than half the price and the exam was quick painless except they dialated me wich I only looked cracked out for a little while
