Too busy to be perfect. While this Kinko's (Fed Ex - related) location is certainly up to date, it is often too busy to be as useful as it should be. Often I'm stuck in line while one young clerk deals with several people ahead of me, or as I wait for several managers and workers to get off the phone. Typically just fine for what you need to get done, but not the best in time-saving.
Manager I have been forced to use their copying service three times now. They have copied about 50 pages each time for me. It has taken them three days each time, and they charge an exorbitant amount. Their attitude has been unhelpful, unfriendly, uncooperative and impolite each time. Each time with a different salesperson. I do not recommend this store EVER!
