I wish I could leave a zero stars review. One of our customers contacted us to repair a tile that was broken by this company while doing a Costco delivery (see picture). The customer contacted me to repair the tile and said that Innovel was going to pay for the repair. The damaged was repaired and the invoice was sent. After over a week we could tell by our accounting app that the person responsible for our customer's account had not even opened the email or the invoice. Must have improved dramatically.. lots of room.. no trucks in the way professional people.. nothing to complain about! In and out
They cancelled my delivery without any reason. The phone number they left for me to call to reschedule left me on hold for over 30 minutes and never did pickup. Very poor service!
