There are two ladies that work in the Innovative Weight Loss Solutions office and the manager of the office is who you deal with, needless to say I have had many bad encounters with this business. They handle the insurance forms to get you approved for weight loss surgeries, yet I was verbally harrassed several times by this business and had to contact thier supervisor several times to make complaints about the unkindly treatment and rudeness of this particular facility.
