Very poor professionalism from both Fay and Jolene. I would not recommend this business or service. I initially came in to get my taxes done by Fay. I then find out my work was given to her lesser colleague, that I feel put my work on a back burner and did not find my business to be important. It took well over 9 months to simply finish my taxes that they charged $500 a month for. During that period I would call or stop in to ask if they were finished. I do not recommend this company. Untrustworthy and breaks agreements. Only out to enlarge their own wallet and pretends to be good people. Take your business elsewhere if you want to work with someone you can trust.
