Very poor professionalism from both Fay and Jolene. I would not recommend this business or service. I initially came in to get my taxes done by Fay. I then find out my work was given to her lesser colleague, that I feel put my work on a back burner and did not find my business to be important. It took well over 9 months to simply finish my taxes that they charged $500 a month for. During that period I would call or stop in to ask if they were finished.
