I reached out to this company after just moving to town and having an issue with my Rega RP3 turntable. AJ answered my email and offered to come to my house to troubleshoot. He arrived on time and within a couple minutes was able to offer suggestions on what the issue might be and how to fix it. His diagnosis was correct, and my system sounds great again! He will be my first call when it’s time to upgrade.

I consulted several companies for a home theater installation. Innovative not only had the best plan but the most straightforward proposal, illustrating all of the equipment and detailed cost breakdowns. Installation was prompt and professional. They were able to adapt to a few unforeseen challenges on sight. The end result looks great and functions as expected. Would highly recommend.

I am VERY surprised to see all of these 5 star reviews for this company and especially A.J. Keith! (Branch Manager for Birmingham, AL location). Our company contacted Innovative Sight & Sound of Birmingham about some automation system’s in our corporate office and upgrading our existing security camera system. I spoke to A.J. We were referred to Innovative Sight & Sound by a neighbor who has used them for years. When our office was looking to upgrade its antiquated and non-functioning security cameras, we looked no further than this company. AJ and his team are professional, responsive, courteous and get this-ON TIME! We are now back to the future with an excellent security camera system, which is also user friendly. I would definitely both use them again and recommend them to anyone needing similar services.
