Great place with great prices and excellent service! Lena was friendly, helpful and made the entire experience easy. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend IPE to anyone looking for their services. Highly recommend!
I used Lena for weight loss help and got so much more. Not only am I easily making better food choices, but I also gained knowledge to help manage my stress eating and self-love, and I actually enjoy and get excited about workouts now. I really enjoyed my courses/ sessions with Lena. I am honestly sad they are over. She is so kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. If you are looking for meaningful help and change, I believe Lena is an excellent option.
Great experience! Professional and encouraging!
