You don't need to second guess your decision to go the Millsboro location of Innovative Physical Therapy. Jen is an awesome Dr and PT and Elena is a great help with the exercises and any questions you might have. You will definitely feel like a patient and a person here, not a number. I attended in 2025 from May to August and I'm back for prehab for another surgery. Over the years I've learned to not be a fan of PT, but this office makes it easy!
Dr Jen Hine is extremely knowledgable and thorough in her evaluations. She is an excellent manual therapist with great expertise in dry needling and cupping as a compliment to her treatments. I fully recovered from bilateral knee replacement to return to D1 field hockey refereeing. A warm friendly atmosphere with her administrative assistant Elena and support dog Abby.
Jen is an expert in PT and especially dry needling. Very caring and compassionate!

As I have been in and out of physical therapy for many years due to a chronic health condition, I know good physical therapy when I see it. Dr. Jen is not just good, she is great.
