I really recommend this place I guess is better in the afternoons after 4 pm is not that much people and I have to say 7 sessions of physical therapy for a back pain very helpful the physicals here are very nice
There has been a turnover in the staff but the atmosphere, energy and competence has not diminished. Space is cramped but the staff keeps everything moving and rotating between apparatus. Very heavy emphasis on sanitizing all pieces of equipment after each use. Shannon and her team are really great!
The staff are professional, respectful, caring, understanding and dedicated to their clients. It's a welcoming and warm environment. Easy listening music, great conversations, wonderful workout routines and awesome conversations.
