Be careful of chris, the owner of this company, He is very deceitful and takes advantage of customers who are naive to the tax system, I came to him as an LLC which was perfect for my class of business, and he talked me into converting my LLC to s-corp, as if that was not enough he further went ahead and sold me into opening a PC and also making it a scorp and all of these were not necessary as a single member company but because he is very money hungry, he charged me exorbitant prices for all of these conversion, over $3,00... read more
