Alex is a legend. We recently bought our first home and Alex from Innovative Home Loans made the process a breeze. Simple document collection, checked in regularly, adjusted our borrowing power based on RBA rate changes, and was flexible in sorting out our settlement requirements. We are really happy with our new home / loan and confident to manage it over the coming years. He also was on call to answer any questions we had as we learnt a lot about the housing market and purchase processes. Highly recommend!
