This is a GREAT place. Tabitha adjusted my hearing aids for sounds that I wasn't hearing. Thanks for being so patient with me.

Jan. 24, 2025 Hearing exam-took 1 month for hearing aids. I had to go back a few weeks later to adjust the hearing aid due to loud, screeching noises(?). March 24 appt. rescheduled by Innovative to March 26 from Katy to Sugarland approximately 25 miles away. Returned defective aids within warranty period(within 60days). Was promised a better working aids. 1+ months later no hearing aids. 4/4/2025 spoke to Jasmine (supposedly manager), no help, no resolution.
