I met with Robert Anderson for my hearing exam and to talk about hearing aids. Definitely needed them. Robert was patient and knowledgeable. I chose a pair and a week later he had them. He helped me fit them and download and explained the app and how to clean them. I would recommend him.
Robert was extremely patient with my 85 year old father. He answered and addressed everything very well. He calmly explained the instructions again if my father needed him to do so. Robert is professional and personable where it's required. We would highly recommend Innovative Hearing in PVB.
