My experience with Innovative Hearing was a pleasant one. Richard, the Audio Technician who tested me was very knowledgeable and personable. After going over and explaining my test results, he recommended the best aids for my particular hearing loss, which entailed coming back again in a week, rather than setting me up with a brand that he had on hand, and just being done with me right then.
