Jackie was extremely knowledgeable. I got my hearing back! Keep her! Her experience, confidence, soft manner and reassuring me she will always be there if I needed anything is what I needed to hear! And I heard her well!
The appointment was prompt and very informative. The lady helping us explained everything very well. We left the appointment with excitement for my mothers hearing aids.
Tabitha is always going above and beyond to help us understand everything having to do with my dad’s hearing aids. She’s always friendly and cheerful!
They always take their time and are very patient with the questions/ concerns my mother has.
