Technician was patient and helpful and explained everything in detail and he gave us all of our options which I appreciated very much He told me it was up to us if we wanted to continue with the test because we had an appointment with our Ent and he said the doctor will probably do a test anyway, and we would not have to pay a fee but I told him I still wanted to proceed He went step-by-step and was extremely patient with my husband in adjusting his new hearing aids. Daniel was totally awesome. He explained everything in detail. Shared options with me,all while he updated my firmware. Great experience.
Had great experience at my office visits. Presets and other hearing aid functions were explained in detail. Now have better understanding of what hearing aids can do for me. Daniel is the absolute Best!!!
