I visited Innovative Hearing today because I have been having a hard time hearing the TV and conversation. Turns out my hearing is fine. Daniel gave me an honest yet compassionate explanation and some ideas about what I can do to hear better. I am very relieved and appreciative of his supportive assistance.
My new audiologist, Daniel Perez, was well educated and professional, and he answered my questions quickly. I really appreciate his help. I’ll be returning to him if I need to. However, the front desk receptionist wasn't smiling or friendly, and looked very unhappy. She should have smiled and greeted me nicely. I guess she doesn’t like her job. I could tell. When I went back for my second appointment, she hadn’t changed at all.

Daniel was very professional! He thoroughly explained the features of each hearing aid, and what to expect in the first few days as I adapt wearing one. I will definitely recommend Innovative Hearing to family and friends!
