And once again, Mr. Daniel and INNOVATIVE Hearing came through for my husband. His hearing aids were accidentally damaged but they were replaced quickly and the whole process went extremely well. We are so indebted to Daniel, who is has been there for us since day one and we are so grateful that he is our guardian angel. Thank You!!!
I had anxiety about going to innovative Hearing but as soon as I arrived, Daniel made me feel so comfortable. He totally explained everything from showing me the Chart that I brought from my previous Audiology test explaining what my problem was. He then showed me the different types of HA and gave me the option of which hearing aids I wanted to try for 60 days. I'm very happy with my experience with Innovative Hearing. Can't wait for the 23rd to pick them up.
Worst company ever. My mother has Humana Gold plus, when I called Truhearing ti make an appointment for a hearing aid evaluation, I specifically told them we weren't interested in the standard hearing aid. I advised them that my niece was a Doctor of Audiology and that she advised us the standard hearing aid would not work for her due to how bad her hearing is.
