Scott is very efficient and took care of my hearing aids.
I had a great experience at Innovative Hearing, yesterday. I met Dr. Scott Forte, (unfortunately my previous provider recently left the company), and I was impressed by how quickly he got my fancy new TruHearing aids delivered and programmed for me. He helped me withe the phone app and explained everything to me. I'm so happy with my new hearing aids and provider! Transitioning from my old provider was a bit rocky at first, but Jenny in management and Dr. Forte smoothed everything out for us. Thank you, Innovative Hearing.
