I had appointment scheduled, then the office called and delayed the appointment for 2 weeks (audiologist unavailable). The appointment went smoothly and the hearing aids were ordered. When the office called to schedule the appointment for me to come pick up the Hearing aids I was told it would be 5 weeks until i could get them unless I wanted to go to a location that was not close to me. For weeks I tried to give them my business had a consultation and I called to follow up 3 times after the consultation because I couldn’t get hearing aids ordered or even a call back from them. I took my business elsewhere. Total joke of a medical provider!!!
