Had a smooth appointment and related well with agent. I was a little disappointed in conditions of hearing test, but results were spot on with previous reports of type of hearing loss and sounds. I was pleased. Had to wait on appointment for hearing aids fitting due to instance taking a day to 4 days to approve even though they previously did at an earlier date.
Great customer service and very personable!
