My visit on April 27 2026 was my first one it was great and explain the details of my hearing test results well than any that I visited in the past
Dustin Burrell is not only an expert in his field, he is also an empathic health care provider. My dad received the best care from Dustin.
Met with Dustin yesterday. He was totally professional and personable. I felt that I got a thorough evaluation of my hearing and available options. The main reason I gave him a 4 instead of 5 is that I had to ask about battery options, care of the hearing aid, and warranty. He didn’t offer that information.
4/30/25 Met with Dustin (current Chevy Chase rep). Couldn’t be more amazed at level of service and professional manner. Made all the adjustments needed to make my devices more comfortable and reset original programming to provide user-friendly ‘wearability’. Replaced ear ‘plugs’ to meet my ultimate satisfaction. My hearing devices are doing for me what they were fully intended to do! Thank you, Dustin!!!
