Dr. Courtney was courteous, pleasant and professional. Her exam was more comprehensive than my previous exam with a different provider. She explained everything clearly. Ordered my Signia hearing aids and will get the fit and programmed next week. We’ll see how they work out.
I was a little apprehensive going into a hearing assessment for the first time. Charter put my mind right at ease with his kind nature and thoughtfulness. He was very thorough and explained fully and clearly everything I needed to know. I left feeling seen and heard. Thank you Charter!
