Innovative Hearing provides great service and knowledgeable advice, particularly when navigating insurance. The Hearing Specialist is very experienced and provides excellent guidance for choosing and using hearing aids. They use offices in Regus centers, so they can provide convenient locations in the Charlotte area.
It was a good visit
There was an initial hiccup with checking in (not Innovative Hearing's fault), but once we met the audiologist, it was super smooth sailing from there. Looking forward to getting my Mom's new hearing aids.
