Didn't solve my problem..loud noises..took off .Cd not take tried adjusting..didn't work.. disappointed..had to wait for appt. Don't know why this happened..days without

I had a hard time finding the building but I had a good experience with my hearing test. The person who done the test was ready for me he very kind they had customer service down packed. Very good. I wished all providers would have good customer service
Charter is great went in great detail with explaining how hearing aids functions, cleaning and care instructions and he doesn't try to up sell you but makes sure you get what you need. Charter provided great customer care. Thanks
