I had my first appointment with Hearing Instrument Specialist Andy Wing just yesterday, so I can't speak to longtime service. But if my first interaction with him is any indication of the quality of service to be provided in the long run, I can say this specialist will be top rate. He spent more than an hour with me, patiently explaining over-the-ear vs in-the-ear instrument features and investigating lower-price options specific to my insurance needs. I was quite impressed.
