My experience with Innovative Hearing was extremely positive with the exception of the Regus office location and welcoming. Dr. Stephanie Douglas is the consummate professional in her field of audiology. She took her time, taught well and was available for a personal follow-up call for help after my hearing aids were applied and I left the office. So far so good with my hearing aids. Dr. Douglas did a good job explaining the role of hearing aids and how to operate and take care of the ones I received.
