I am very impressed with the outstanding customer service provided by Bree and Monica. Serving the consumer is their main focus with friendliness and service. Cherokee is very professional and knowledgeable and I learned a lot from her. Her clients are important to her and she strives to meet every need. I look forward to working with her as a new client I love my hearing aids and Innovative Hearing.
Mrs. Cherokee Stewart was the person who gave me my hearing test. She was very proffessional, polite, patient and understanding of my hearing needs. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make sure my concerns were meant. She explained how I would use my hearing aides once I made my choice. Cherokee was very efficient from day one, from the appointment when we did the necessary tests, to the final delivery when we finalized the fitting. It only took a week to get it done thanks to them. I strongly recommend IH !!!
