Scott has been my Hearing Provider for several years. Aside from always being professional, he knows not only what I need, but how I need it (in other words, he knows my specific preferences about my devices and my care in general). I would recommend Scott and Innovative Hearing to anyone.

I was very concerned about having to wear hearing aids tilI I met Lindsay who put me at ease. She was very professional and friendy by making me feel at ease. She explained every detail of my hearing test and why I should be wearing hearing aids. When I received my hearing aids my world changed ,I can hear again. In the beginning I had a challenge but was quickly rectified by using the app which Lindsay explained in detail again . I was plenty worried about the process of getting hearing aides but when I went to my appointment I was definitely surprised. Lindsay changed all that from the moment I walked in. I felt at ease and the testing was not hard at all. Her knowledge of hearing aides made it simple for me to figure out what would work best to help me hear better.
