Very knowledgeable audiologist did my testing. She gave clear instructions calmly and patiently. She explained the results and answered all my questions thoroughly. I adjusted to the hearing aides easily. Then she went through the care of the hearing aides so I felt comfortable taking them home. I have only have wore them for a day but they seem better than expected. They don't just amplify but seem to only enhance my deficits. The doctor who tested me was so nice, and professional. I had a fantastic experience and was told that the hearing in my right ear was not completely gone. The array of options for an aid was great and I chose one that fit my budget. I'm picking it up soon and can't wait to hear again. Will update soon.
