I got in for my appointment right away. The representative was very professional and helpful. She attended to all my concerns and I was able to leave feeling satisfied and in a very short time. I would recommend her to anyone needing hearing aids. Mary Stewart
James and Kim treated my family great. We went in with lots of questions and issues we have dealt with from other companies and they managed to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Since this I have recommended several other people I know to them. Update: Last I went in there, we found out James and Kimberly had been fired or removed from the company. Since then the service went down hill. A company that mistreatment there employees isn't a place I do business
