Phillip is a great person with a crystal clear voice. He is very polite and gave me instructions on how to get to the office and even asked for suggestions afterwards. Tells you he cares a lot about his patients. I was always adamant about having ITC hearing aids, but this time I decided to go for BTC. For once, I am actually excited for my new AI hearing aids.
Hard to reach anyone by phone
Went for a follow up visit today. As always, everything was great! I was taken care of 100%.
I am so glad I’ve discovered Innovative Hearing. Phillip is very professional and very nice. My husband has also been fitted for his aids, and he is very pleased with Phillip and the offices.
My experience with innovative Hearing was a negative one. My appointment with Phillip Zamora and Stephanie were less than desirable. Stephanie was a no-show and I did not complete the pre-appointment paperwork. No testing was done on the day of my appointment. Mr. Zamora gave me incorrect information that my insurance has a "no balance billing" policy. This was preceded by several texts back and forth to me from him.
